Before & After School Care
St. Ann Catholic School's Before & After Care program provides a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students before and after the regular school day. The program operates on all days when students are in school, giving families the flexibility they need while maintaining the values of our school community.
Before Care
Drop off early and start the school day with confidence. Beforecare opens if school has a delayed opening.
After Care
Safe, supervised care until 6:00 PM. Aftercare closes if school closes early due to weather or emergency.
What's Included
Homework time is non-negotiable — all students are expected to use the structured study period to complete assignments. The program applies the same discipline standards as the regular school day.

Program Policies
A fee of $5.00 per student is charged for every 5-minute period (or portion thereof) after the 6:00 PM program closure. Please arrange timely pickup.
Families wishing to change between monthly and hourly billing must provide two weeks' written notice to the program coordinator before the change takes effect.
All fees paid are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and hourly payments regardless of attendance or school closures.
Aftercare closes whenever school closes early. Beforecare adjusts its opening time if the school announces a delayed opening. The program does not operate on non-school days.
The school's full discipline code applies to Before & After Care. Students are expected to follow all school rules and treat staff and peers with respect at all times.
Parents and guardians must maintain current emergency contact information at all times. Notify the coordinator immediately of any changes to pickup authorization or emergency contacts.
