Application Checklist

Submit your completed application through the Gradelink enrollment portal. All sections of the application must be filled out in full before the application can be reviewed.

The non-refundable registration fee secures your child's spot for the upcoming school year. New families enrolling after March 1 should pay this fee at the time of registration.

The instructional fee covers classroom materials and resources for the school year. It is due by May 1, 2026, or at the time of registration for families enrolling after that date.

The technology fee supports digital learning tools, devices, and infrastructure. Due by May 1, 2026, or at the time of registration for families enrolling after that date.

North Carolina state law requires documentation of the following immunizations: 5 DTap/DT, 4 Oral Polio, 4 Pneumococcal Conjugate, 3–4 HIB, 3 Hep B, 2 Varicella, and 2 MMR. Records must be current and signed by a healthcare provider.

A health record signed by a qualified physician is required for all students entering Pre-K or Kindergarten. This must be completed prior to the first day of school.

A copy of your child's official birth certificate must be submitted as part of the enrollment packet.

A copy of your child's baptismal certificate is required. If your family is not Catholic or your child is not baptized, please contact the school office to discuss your enrollment options.

All families must sign a tuition agreement acknowledging the fee schedule, payment terms, and financial obligations for the school year. View the Tuition Information page for a full breakdown of rates and fees.

Submit your child's most recent report card from their current school, along with any other relevant academic records or progress reports from the previous school year.

If your child has taken any standardized tests (such as state assessments, MAP testing, or similar), please include copies of those score reports with your enrollment paperwork.
