“The things he sees are not just remembered; they form part of his soul.” – Dr. Maria Montessori
At St. Ann School, we uniquely integrate the proven success of a Montessori education with the critical development of a child’s spiritual and moral formation through the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. Opportunities for learning and faith are offered in a prepared environment that nurtures a child’s spiritual, cognitive, emotional and physical growth.

St. Ann School is a place where a child’s intellectual, creative, physical, and social growth flourishes. Each child works and learns at her own pace, according to her own capacities in a non-competitive atmosphere. Children of varying ages work together in the same classroom, stimulating both academic and social growth. We encourage children to experience the joy of learning at an early age.

St. Ann School strives to bring children closer to Christ. We believe that even very young children have a religious life. Our focus is to support each child to grow in a prayerful and joy-filled faith life: one based on a true personal and loving relationship with God. We offer hands-on experiences that reflect upon the life and teachings of Jesus Christ.

At St. Ann School we work in partnership with our families. We understand that the first six years are the most formative in a child’s life, and can be the most challenging! We believe as we nurture the child, we must also support the family. We provide learning opportunities and resources so that families develop the skills and attitudes they need to be a healthy, loving family.
